Change of Address

Once your order is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address.
If you need to update the shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at sales@blomoranest.com.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, we are happy to accept cancellations.

Damaged Parcels in Transit

If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery, please reject it from the courier if possible, and contact our customer service team immediately.
If the parcel was delivered while you were not present, please contact our customer service for guidance on next steps.

Tracking Information

Customs Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes. These fees are collected by your local authorities upon delivery and are not included in the cost of shipping.

Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Blomoranest. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. 60-Day Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • With original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items marked “non-returnable” at the time of sale

3. Return Process

  • Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

We will work promptly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund.

5. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

6. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping.
If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

All returns must be sent using the return label provided by us. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are not sent using our approved shipping method.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
